Infrastructure :

Pre-Processing Unit : Pre-processing activities of the firm is undertaken in factory with the help of Advance Technologies undertaken by Well Trained & Experienced personals, due care is given and it is assured that all the essential steps are taken to preserve the freshness and quality of the catches.

Plant : Located in Ratnagiri, we have a huge facility, which is spread across a large area of 5000 square meter. This facility is equipped with modern-day machines such as plate freezers, blast freezers, chill rooms, grading machines etc. With the usage of these machines, our production capacity has reached a mark of 108 metric tons per day. Moreover, we also have our testing laboratory, wherein we test our products on several quality parameters. Planning to process and export aquaculture shrimps in coming years.

In house Lab : A full-fledged in-house laboratory is available in the factory with facility to conduct test separately for microbiological (Bacteria) and chemical testing (Antibiotics). The monitoring equipment having advanced technology to enable the testing with accuracy and to suit the standards of the importing country.

Cold Storage : We have our own Cold storages with capacity of more than 600 MT for maintaining the consistency of fulfilling the growing demand.

Divisions :

Fishing Boats : We own our Fishing Boat as an added capacity in supply of Fresh Sea Caught to full fill the increasing demand from the customers.

Ice plant : We own our Ice plant with Daily capacity of 20 ton of Ice Production, which is procured by fish suppliers.

Transportation : Having own transportation with required capacity to procure Raw Material i.e. Fresh Sea Catch from Coastal area without affecting the freshness of the product.
