Since 2018, under the guidance of Mr. Sureshkumar Madhav Khadilkar, whose career spans over four decades in the seafood industry, SKR has grown from its roots on the Konkan coast to become a name trusted across global markets. Located just minutes away from the Mirkarwada jetty in Ratnagiri, our facility benefits from direct and timely access to freshly landed seafood. This advantage, combined with our modern infrastructure, including advanced processing zones, freezing units, in-house cold storage, and a dual-wing laboratory, ensures that every product meets the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and traceability.

Supporting this is our own fleet of fishing vessels, an in-house ice plant, and temperature-controlled logistics that safeguard freshness from source to shipment.

Behind SKR Exports stands Mr. Sureshkumar Madhav Khadilkar, a seasoned professional whose connection to the seafood trade spans over four decades. His journey has been shaped not by boardrooms alone, but by years spent understanding coastal markets, nurturing relationships, and building trust across the industry.
